Whether your population is 2,000, 20,000 or 200,000 the media is interested in what you have to say as long as it is interesting, newsworthy and timely. What are your outlets? Radio, TV, newspapers, magazines, Internet, social media … the works! And … what about the AP newswire? Learn about the AP Stylebook. In short, take advantage of every vehicle and use it to promote your Main Street and your activities. Taught by Sylvia Allen (and you thought she only knew how to do sponsorships!) you will learn and have fun while learning.
