County Microfilm Records

  • Microfilm is available for walk-ins only due to the time required to perform microfilm research. 
  • Deeds, marriages, probate, tax rolls, and election return records.
    • County microfilm includes deed, marriage, probate, tax roll, and election return records. Originals are maintained by the county courthouses in which they were created (excluding Broward and Pinellas). 
    • Records date from county creation until mid-1920s.
    • Microfilm in Archives duplicates surviving records but does not replace what was lost through time.
    • For more recent information, contact the County Clerks of Court
