Florida Libraries as Health Information Providers: Healthy Maitland

Florida libraries play a myriad of ever-evolving roles in the health of their communities. This webinar aims to explore the health-related contributions that programs at the Maitland Public Library make to the Maitland community. 

The Maitland Public Library has been at the forefront of health information provision, with programs including Fresh for Kids healthy cooking demonstrations, Walking Maitland and Hatha yoga classes.

Attendees will learn about the successes of the Healthy Maitland program and how they can replicate and expand on the achievements of guest speakers Ellen Schellhause, Stacie Larson and Mary Daniels of the Maitland Public Library.
