We accept applications from April 1 to June 15 each year for the upcoming Institute.

Application and Forms
Participants are selected based on:
- Completeness of the application packet.
- Motivation to be a leader.
- Proven experiences as an informal and/or formal leader in your library and community.
- Willingness to take risks.
- Commitment to the Florida library community.
- Leadership readiness
- Based on resume, application narrative, letter of recommendation, and telephone interview.
- Balance of type of library, geography, diversity or size of library.
