Carroll Hanley Goggin, of Winter Park, is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DBG Promotions. She is involved in her community with Thrive Winter Park, the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and the Winter Park Institute while serving on the Board of Trustees of Rollins College. Hanley Goggin earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Rollins College.
