National Voter Registration Act (NVRA)

Webpage last updated: August 2, 2022

Federal and state law have designated government agencies to serve as voter registration agencies. This means any person can register to vote through one of those agencies at the same time as they receive other agency's core services. Each agency has a designated NVRA coordinator. The state-level NVRA Coordinator who assists these voter registration agencies can be contacted via email at [email protected]
