On-site presentations for agencies teach records management principles and best practices and allow time to address the specific questions, concerns and needs of your agency. An agency may request a presentation in conjunction with a consultation.
On-site presentations for professional organizations are designed to provide an understanding of Florida public records management requirements and practices to members of organizations whose membership is wholly or significantly comprised of Florida public agency employees or officials.
Consultations are provided to agencies seeking assistance with the specific operations and policies of their records management programs. An agency may request a consultation in conjunction with a workshop.
- $300 for up to four hours or $600 for more than four hours on-site training and/or consultation.
- Agency or organization agrees to reimburse the Florida Department of State for travel costs incurred, including but not limited to, car rental, hotel accommodations, parking and meals.
