Florida Libraries as Small Business Incubators – Partnerships That Work

John Hagen, President and CEO of the Pasco Economic Development Council, and Nancy Fredericks of Pasco County Library System will provide information about partnerships between libraries and local economic development councils. They will discuss promoting spaces in libraries where small businesses grow and the resources available, such as:

  • Shared work spaces
  • Little- to no-cost equipment for use
  • Free databases to help focus on local clients' needs
