Fall 2019 events

All events will be held in Tallahassee. 


Registration for the Annual Public Library Directors Meeting and the Assembly is a three-step process. 

Deadline to register for meetings AND hotel accommodations is October 29, 2019. 

Step 1

Register for the Meeting and the Assembly (as applicable). 

Step 2

Reserve your hotel room

We will pay for hotel accommodations from November 18 – 20, if you: 

  • Are a director of an administrative unit or cooperative member library.
  • Must travel more than 50 miles from your headquarters.
  • Stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee.

This does not include incidentals and meals charged to rooms.

You will need to enter a credit card number to complete your reservation. 

Hotel accommodations do include a breakfast voucher for each night of stay.

Step 3

Pay Directors Meeting fee. 

  • Registration fee is $165 per person. 
  • Pay by check or credit card. 
    • To pay by credit card, email [email protected] and request an invoice. The invoice will include a link to pay by credit card. 
    • To pay by check, make check payable to TBLC and mail to:
