Elections Fraud Complaint

Elections fraud means any irregularities or fraud arising out of or in connection with voter registration, voting, or candidate petition or issue petition activities that may constitute a prescribed offense under Chapter 104, Florida Statutes. "Elections fraud" does not include violations of Chapter 106, F.S., which are instead enforced by the Florida Elections Commission. Other complaint forms can be found on the Complaint Forms page.

The Division conducts preliminary investigations in conjunction with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. If probable cause is found that a violation occurred, the findings are reported to the statewide prosecutor or the state attorney for the judicial circuit in which the alleged violation occurred for prosecution, where warranted.
