The annual BLD Services Evaluation is now open! Through your feedback, we hope to learn how we may tailor our work to accommodate your needs, which are important to us. 

The survey will be open until 5:00 p.m. Eastern, July 10, 2020.

DLIS Discussions

The Division will be hosting bi-weekly, online, open discussions for library staff throughout Florida. Join us to share with, console and learn from each other.

Sandy Newell

It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our dear friend and coworker Sandy Newell. 

She has been a passionate supporter of Florida's library staff over the 28 years she has been with the Division. 

She will be greatly missed.   

You can learn more about Sandy’s work and share your own stories about her with us.

Her obituary is a beautiful tribute to her life and work.
